This miniaturised reproduction of Columbus' famous letter has been printed from zinc-blocks on old Dutch handmade paper. The Latin text is illustrated with four reproductions of woodcuts, of which one, the famous "Oceanica Classis" has also been used on the front-cover of the binding. - Added the original prospectus.
